Get Wisdom!!!!

God the Father is always speaking and giving us directions for our life.  The Word tells us that He will be with us always and if we are listening and walking with the Father, He will always be speaking and guiding us to become more like Him. In order to be effective in this life we need wisdom.

For the month of July, we will be focusing on the Wisdom of God. According to the dictionary, wisdom is the soundness of an action or decision with regard to the application of experience, knowledge, and good judgment. Simply put, wisdom is the knowledge gained from experience.

The Word of God admonishes us to Get Wisdom.  Proverbs 4: 5-9

Get wisdom, get understanding; forget it not: neither decline from the words of my mouth. Forsake her not, and she shall preserve you: love her, and she shall keep you.  Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore get wisdom; and with all your getting get understanding.Exalt her, and she shall promote you:  she shall bring you to honor, when you do embrace her. She shall give to your head and ornament of grace; a crown of glory shall she deliver to you.

As you go about doing what God has called you to do, remember to get wisdom first, so that you can be effective and successful in all that you do.
